{Weekend Wanderings} & 3 Winners

First, I'd like to announce our three giveaway winners, who each get to enjoy a lovely birdcage veil from Fascinate Me, LLC! Our winners are ...

#17, #36 and #31. That means Shalynn Marie, Misty and Siobhan! Please email me at lindsie@wed4lessnw.com to redeem your prize.

Also, I want to let you all know that blogger (where we are now hosted) is having some problems with comments. Basically, it seems like anyone with internet explorer is having issues with the embedded comment box.

Therefore, I've switched it (temporarily) to a pop-up comment box. Please remember to turn off your pop-up blocker to comment.

It's time for some wanderings. I've decided to start breaking wanderings up into sections now: DIY, inspiration & real weddings.

DIY Projects

I'm super in love with this DIY dipped spoon favor, from the One Lovely Day. You could even use plastic spoons for this (I've seen it done), and make it even more budget friendly.

♥ This DIY fall centerpiece renews my hope in autumn. (Fall is my least favorite season.) Check out what the ever-fabulous Dana from Spokane Bride Blog came up with this time.

♥ And if I wasn't in the fall spirit enough with that centerpiece, then this DIY cameo pumpkin does from Oh Lovely Day does it for me.

♥ With ombre really in lately (and thank God, since I have ombre hair with my roots coming in), I swooned over this super easy DIY ombre backdrop from Green Wedding Shoes.

Real Weddings

♥ If the announcement of our giveaway winners wasn't enough to convince you that real people really do win giveaways, then check out this wedding on Love & Lavender. This couple won over $1000 worth of wedding goods and supplies through giveaways!

♥ This couple DIY-ed everything for their wedding, featured on La Belle Bride. They even DIY-ed their honey  favors. YUM!

♥ And then there's this $1,300 wedding. You heard me (or read me) right. One thousand and three-hundred dollars. For a wedding, featured on 100 Layer Cake.
