{My Wedding} In celebration of shoes

When it comes to wedding shoes, I’ve had a very clear idea of what I wanted since the nearly the beginning of my wedding planning. I wanted yellow. I wanted t-strap or Mary Jane. I wanted heels, but thick ones so they won’t sink into the grass. I wanted either second hand or vegan (I’ll only wear leather if it’s used). I wanted vintage-inspired. I was picky.

Today, I am celebrating the arrival of my new (well, new to me) wedding shoes from the United Kingdom! I ended up finding them on eBay UK, found myself in a bidding war that ended in me spending more than I wanted (around $90, I’m ashamed to say), but I got my perfect shoe!
They’re yellow. They’re t-strap. They’re thick, grass-proof, 3 inch heels. They’re second hand. They’re vintage-chic. And they’re mine. :)
My advice? Stick it out until you have exactly what you're looking for. Then fall in love with that item again, and again.
