{Advice} Being a couple while planning

I am probably among the worst culprits of working myself until I want to cry, and of ignoring those around me in the meantime. I often enjoy work, so I do a lot of it. A lot of different kinds of it too.

So, it’s important to remind myself that being a couple and being in a relationship with my fiance in the midst of this wedding planning is of utmost importance.
I know a lot of people get caught up in their wedding planning. It’s understandable. But take some time to step back and be a couple.

Here’s my list of favorite things to do as a couple to regain couple-ness:
1. Take a walk—on the beach, at the park, around the block
2. Play a board game
3. Go on a date night—go to dinner, a movie, etc.
4. Cook a meal together
5. Have a night in—order delivery, rent a movie, and just cuddle up

What are your ways of staying grounded while planning your wedding?
